Our Story
Born from a broken system
Edge Harbour was born in 2023 from a simple but important realisation; the recruitment industry wasn't working as well as it should for the people who rely on it most.
Too often, businesses struggled with unreliable staffing, last-minute gaps, and inconsistent service. At the same time, candidates faced uncertainty, poor communication, and a lack of genuine support. There was a clear gap between what recruitment should deliver and what it delivered.
Edge Harbour was created to close that gap. We set out to build a recruitment company grounded in reliability, structure, and accountability — where clients can depend on consistent staffing, and candidates are treated with professionalism and respect.
Today, we provide carefully vetted staff across healthcare, hospitality, customer service, and tech/data functions, supporting organisations that need people they can trust to show up and deliver.
But our vision goes beyond placements. We are committed to contributing to the wider UK economy by supporting businesses with dependable workforce solutions, helping individuals access meaningful and flexible employment, and improving standards across the recruitment sector through structured, compliant, and people-first practices.
